trata-se de uma proteína resistente a herbicida, um gene codificante e o uso dos mesmos. a proteína resistente a herbicida compreende: (a) uma proteína que consiste em uma sequência de aminoácidos mostrada na seq id no: 2; ou (b) uma proteína com a atividade de resistência a herbicida que é derivada da sequência de aminoácidos em (a) substituindo-se e/ou deletando-se e/ou adicionando-se um ou diversos aminoácidos na mesma. a proteína resistente a herbicida desta invenção é adequada, especialmente, para expressão em plantas com amplo espectro de resistência a herbicidas, especialmente, a herbicidas de fenóxi auxina.
