Abstract
Se incluye una proteína resistente a herbicidas, gen codificante y su uso. La proteína resistente a herbicidas comprende: (a) una proteína que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos mostrada en la SEQ ID Nº 2; o (b) una proteína con la actividad de resistencia a herbicida que se deriva de la secuencia de aminoácidos en (a) reemplazando y/o suprimiendo y/o añadiendo uno o varios aminoácidos en ella. La proteína resistente a herbicidas es apropiada en especial para la expresión en plantas, con amplio espectro de resistencia a herbicidas, en especial a herbicidas de fenoxi auxina. Reivindicación 5: Un método para producir la proteína resistente a herbicidas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: obtener las células del organismo huésped transgénico que contiene el gen resistente a herbicidas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2 o el casete de expresión de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3; cultivar las células del organismo huésped transgénico en las condiciones que permiten la producción de la proteína resistente a herbicidas; recuperar dicha proteína resistente a herbicidas.
