?proteína resistente a herbicidas, gene codificador e uso dos mesmos?, a presente invenção refere-se a uma proteína resistente a herbicidas, ao gene codificador e ao uso dos mesmos. a proteína resistente a herbicidas compreende: (a) uma proteína constituída de uma sequência de aminoácidos mostrada na seq id no: 2, ou; (b) uma proteína com a atividade de resistência a herbicidas, que é derivada da sequência de aminoácidos em (a) substituindo e/ou eliminando e/ou adicionando um ou mais aminoácidos na mesma. a proteína resistente a herbicidas da presente invenção é especialmente apropriada para expressão em plantas, com amplo espectro de resistência a herbicidas, especialmente a herbicidas à base de fenóxi auxina.
