Abstract
a invenção diz respeito a um sistema para meio de revestimento, o qual compreende componentes de (a) a (c) e, opcionalmente, outros componentes, em que em uma primeira opção todos os componentes de (a) a (c) e, assim como, opcionalmente, os outros componentes opcionais estão presentes separados um do outro, em outras palavras, os componentes individuais não são misturados um com o outro. por outro lado, em uma segunda opção do sistema para meio de revestimento de acordo com a invenção os componentes mencionados anteriormente podem ser misturados uns com os outros completamente ou pelo menos parcialmente. uma vez que os componentes são misturados uns com os outros pelo menos parcialmente, isso significa que, por exemplo, o componente (c) é misturado com o componente (a), enquanto o componente (b) está presente separado dessa mistura de (a) e (c). opcionalmente, no entanto, o componente (b) pode ser misturado com uma quantidade parcial do componente (c). além disso, as misturas de (a) e (c), assim como de (b) e (c), podem conter, adicionalmente, pelo menos um componente opcional, como, por exemplo, um solvente. no caso do componente (a), trata-se de pelo menos de um composto contendo o grupo polihidroxi, e que possui não mais do que 9 mg de koh/g do composto contendo o grupo polihidroxi correspondente, em se tratando do componente (b) tem-se pelo um composto contendo o grupo poliisocianato. o componente (c), por outro lado, é um catalisador que contém lítio e pelo menos um outro componente metálico selecionado a partir de zinco (zn), bismuto (bi), zircônio (zr) e/ou alumínio (al) como componente metálico. componentes adicionais que podem estar presentes no sistema para meio de revestimento da invenção incluem, por exemplo, compostos contendo o grupo hidroxila (b), aditivo de revestimento (f) pigmento (h) e/ou solvente (j).
