Abstract

a invenção se refere a um produto resistente ao fogo na forma de uma mistura mineral seca a partir de materiais minerais resistentes ao fogo, combinados conforme o material de tal maneira, que a partir desses podem ser produzidos produtos resistentes ao fogo, resistentes a longo prazo contra escórias faialíticas, massas fundidas sulfídicas (esteiras), sulfatos e massas fundidas de metal não ferroso para um revestimento no lado do fogo de fornos de fundição industrial de metal não ferroso e que apresentam pelo menos: - pelo menos uma matéria-prima de olivina de grãos grossos como componente principal ? farinha de óxido de magnésio (farinha de mgo) ? pelo menos um reagente resistente ao fogo que, durante o processo de fusão, atua (in situ) de forma redutora sobre as massas fundidas de óxido de metal não ferroso e/ou sobre as massas fundidas de óxido de ferro de metal não ferroso e convertendo as mesmas em massas fundidas de metal não ferroso.
