processo para aprimorar resíduo a vácuo e sistema para aprimorar hidrocarbonetos residuais. o presente documento revela processos para aprimorar alimentações de resíduos parcialmente convertidos a vácuo. o processo de aprimoramento pode incluir: remoção a vapor dos resíduos parcialmente convertidos a vácuo para gerar um primeiro destilado e um primeiro resíduo; desasfaltação com solvente da primeira corrente residual para gerar um óleo desasfaltado e uma fração de asfaltenos; fracionamento a vácuo do óleo desasfaltado para recuperar um destilado de gasóleo desasfaltado e um resíduo desasfaltado pesado; contato do primeiro destilado e o destilado de gasóleo desasfaltado e hidrogênio na presença de um primeiro catalisador de hidroconversão para produzir um produto; contato da corrente de resíduo desasfaltado pesado e hidrogênio na presença de um segundo catalisador de hidroconversão para produzir um segundo efluente; e fracionamento do efluente para recuperar um resíduo atmosférico hidrocraqueado e um destilado atmosférico hidrocraqueado.
