Описан способ обработки углеводородной фракции с содержанием серы по меньшей мере 0,5 мас.%, содержанием асфальтенов по меньшей мере 1 мас.%, начальной температурой кипения по меньшей мере 340°С и конечной температурой кипения по меньшей мере 480°С, позволяющий получить по меньшей мере одну фракцию дезасфальтированной нефти с содержанием серы меньше или равным 0,5 мас.% и содержанием осадков меньше или равным 0,1 мас.%, включающий в себя следующие последовательные стадии: а) стадию гидрообработки, b) возможно, стадию разделения эфлюента, полученного в результате стадии а), с) стадию гидроконверсии по меньшей мере одной части эфлюента, полученного на стадии а), или по меньшей мере одной части тяжелой фракции, полученной на стадии b), и, возможно, по меньшей мере одной части легкой фракции, полученной на стадии b), d) стадию разделения эфлюента, полученного на стадии с), е) по меньшей мере одну стадию селективной дезасфальтизации по меньшей мере одной части жидкой углеводородной фракции, полученной на стадии d), f) стадию рециркуляции по меньшей мере одной части указанной фракции дезасфальтированной нефти, полученной на стадии е), выше стадии а) гидрообработки и/или на вход стадии с) гидроконверсии.
