Abstract

Se divulga un proceso para renovar hidrocarburos en residuo. El proceso puede incluir: contactar una fracción de hidrocarburo en residuo e hidrógeno con un primer catalizador de hidroconversión en un primer sistema de reactor de hidroconversión de lecho ebullente; recuperar un primer efluente del primer sistema de reactor de hidronconversión de lecho ebullente; desasfaltar con solvente una fracción de residuo al vacío para producir una fracción de aceite desasfaltado y una fracción de asfalto; contactar la fracción de aceite desasfaltado e hidrógeno con un segundo catalizador de hidroconversión en un segundo sistema de reactor de hidroconversión; recuperar un segundo efluente del segundo sistema de reactor de hidroconversión; y fraccior el primer efluente del primer sistema de reactor de hidroconversión de lecho ebullente y el segundo efluente del segundo sistema de reactor de hidroconversión para recuperar una o más fracciones de hidrocarburo y la fracción de residuo al vacío en un sistema común de fraccionamiento.
