Abstract

o dispositivo guia seguro para posicionamento e orientação de um parafuso de ancoragem óssea (4) durante um procedimento cirúrgico, de acordo com a presente invenção, compreende um pino guia (2) tendo uma extremidade bífida deformável (20) que é elasticamente deformável e consiste em duas lâminas (21, 22) tendo, por um lado, uma primeira configuração dita "fechada" obtida, por exemplo, por um tensionamento manual de modo a posicionar as referidas lâminas (21, 22) no prolongamento do eixo longitudinal do referido pino guia (2) para que este último possa ser introduzido dentro do tubo guia (3) para seu posicionamento no local cirúrgico e, por outro lado, uma segunda configuração dita "aberta" para posicionar as referidas lâminas (21, 22) em dois sentidos opostos e substancialmente perpendiculares ao eixo longitudinal do referido pino guia (2) quando as lâminas estiverem fora do tubo guia (3) a fim de proporcionar um suporte ao osso durante o posicionamento do parafuso de ancoragem (4).
