Abstract
a presente invenção proporciona um processo para extrusão e pelotização de um copolímero de propileno. o copolímero possui um teor de comonômero de 5 a 40% por mol, um índice de fluidez mfr2 medido a 230°c sob uma carga de 2,16 kg de 0,5 a 15 g/10 min e um teor de material solúvel em xileno frio de 20 a 60% em peso. o processo compreende a extrusão do copolímero de propileno através de uma placa de matriz em um peletizador subaquático e o corte dos filamentos do copolímero de propileno em pelotas no peletizador subaquático, em que a proporção da taxa de fluxo de massa do copolímero de propileno para a taxa de fluxo de massa da água de resfriamento é de 0,020 a 0,060; e o copolímero de propileno compreende um agente de nucleação polimérico.
