Abstract

a presente invenção diz respeito a um processo para produção de vedações de poliuretano por meio de mistura de (a) poliisocianato alifático, (b) compostos tendo pelo menos dois grupos reativos a isocianatos, (c) catalisadores, (d) estabilizadores antioxidantes e/ou de luz, e opcionalmente (e) agentes de expansão, e (f) substâncias auxiliares /ou adicionais para fornecer uma mistura de reação e permitindo a conclusão da mistura de reação para fornecer o poliuretano, onde a dureza shore a da vedação de poliuretano é menor do que 90 e sua densidade é de pelo menos 850 g/l, e os compostos poliméricos tendo grupos reativos a isocianato compreendem polieteróis b1) com funcionalidade de 2 a 4 e com número de hidroxi de 20 a 100 mg de koh/g, polióis hidrofóbicos b2) com número de oh menor do que 180 mg de koh/g e com funcionalidade maior do que de 2 a 3 e extensores de cadeia b3). a presente invenção diz respeito, adicionalmente, a uma vedação de poliuretano obtenível por esse processo e também ao uso dessa vedação em contato com borracha.
