resumo máquina elétrica a invenção se refere à área da construção de motores elétricos e construção de geradores elétricos, sendo que pode ser usada, em particular, para a geração de energia elétrica e mecânica. a tarefa da invenção é ampliar o campo de aplicação, redução de custos, aumento da potência e eficiência de uma máquina elétrica. a máquina elétrica compreende um rotor e um estator com bobinas de enrolamento e um dispositivo de controle. as bobinas do enrolamento do estator representam um sistema de bobinas tangenciais e/ou radiais conectadas de forma consistente ou contrária, sendo que cada uma possui terminais elétricos. o dispositivo de controle é implementado com a possibilidade de conexão de seus contatos elétricos com os terminais elétricos das bobinas correspondentes, garantindo controle de circuito (corrente) fornecendo corrente elétrica nas respectivas bobinas do enrolamento do estator e execução com o tempo pré-especificado de um campo magnético do estator de máquina elétrica, incluindo movimento rotatório ou movimento alternativo, dependendo da posição espacial e do estado magnético do rotor, o qual executa movimento rotatório ou movimento alternativo. a invenção pode ser utilizada nos setores de energia, transportes, engenharia mecânica, indústria da construção civil, aeroespacial e outras áreas da engenharia.
