Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um coquetel enzimático a partir de um microorganismo celulolítico produzindo celulases e/ou hemicelulases, compreendendo: - uma etapa para a produção de enzimas com um meio sendo obtido contendo enzimas e um mosto de microorganismos, o dito mosto é separado ou não separado, do líquido contendo as ditas enzimas, - uma etapa de resfriamento de dito mosto para uma temperatura abaixo de temperatura da etapa de produção de enzima e por um tempo de modo que a concentração de beta-glicosidase do lí-quido originando-se da dita etapa de resfriamento é maior que aquela do líquido originando-se da etapa de produção de enzima, e/ou a razão de volume de sólidos / volume total é menos que a dita razão para a etapa de produção de enzima, e um coquetel enzimático é obtido no fim da etapa de resfriamento.
