Abstract
uma estrutura de vedação de extremidade de uma rampa de combustível para um motor de injeção direta de gasolina, a rampa sendo construída e disposta de modo que uma ou ambas as extremi-dades de um corpo da rampa composto de um corpo tubular, é/são fechadas por uma ou mais tampas de extremidades, a estrutura de vedação de extremidade possuindo uma estrutura simples, possibilitando a parte da tampa de extremidade satisfazer requisitos de pressão mais elevada. a estrutura de vedação de extremidade caracterizada por: uma superfície de recepção de pressão ser formada sobre uma superfície da parede interior da tampa de extremidade tendo a forma de porca de tampa, a superfície de recepção de pressão definindo uma superfície de assento; uma superfície de prensagem ser formada em uma extremidade do corpo da rampa, a superfície de prensagem definindo uma superfície de assento voltada para a superfície de recepção de pressão; a tampa de extremidade possuindo a forma de porca de tampa e incluindo a superfície de recepção de pressão ser aparafusada e fixa ao corpo da rampa; e a superfície de recepção de pressão da tampa de extremidade ser colocada em contato de pressão com a superfície de prensagem do corpo da rampa por uma força axial criada pelo aperto da tampa de extremidade possuindo a forma de porca de tampa de modo a vedar a extremidade do corpo da rampa.
