Abstract
SISTEMA MULTI-SPLIT. Um sistema multi-online compreende um dispositivo de unidade externa (10), um dispositivo de derivação (30) e diversos dispositivos de unidade interna (21, 22, 23, 24). O dispositivo de derivação (30) compreende um separador de gás e líquido (301), uma primeira montagem de troca de calor (307A), uma primeira válvula de expansão eletrônica (304A), uma segunda montagem de troca de calor (307B), uma segunda válvula de expansão eletrônica (304B) e uma terceira válvula de expansão eletrônica (304C) conectada em paralelo com a segunda válvula de expansão eletrônica (304B). O dispositivo de derivação (30) é usado para obter a taxa de fluxo de um refrigerante que atravessa a primeira válvula de expansão eletrônica (304A), e obter, respectivamente, a temperatura da saída do permutador de calor interno (211, 221, 231, 241) de cada dispositivo da unidade interna de refrigeração (21, 22, 23, 24) e a temperatura de um refrigerante que flui para a segunda montagem de troca de calor (307B) para calcular um valor de grau de superaquecimento quando a taxa de fluxo do refrigerante que atravessa a primeira válvula de expansão eletrônica (304A) é maior que um primeiro valor préestabelecido, e realiza o controle PI para a segunda válvula de expansão eletrônica (304B) e a terceira válvula de expansão eletrônica (304C). O sistema multi-online pode calcular de forma precisa o grau de superaquecimento do dispositivo de derivação, realizar a distribuição precisa do refrigerante no sistema e obter um aquecimento e refrigeração simultâneos ideais deste.
