Abstract

formulação de látex para produzir produtos elastoméricos formulação de látex para produzir produto elastomérico, mais particularmente, uma luva elastomérica que compreende uma mistura de pelo menos um polímero base, um reticulador; e um regulador de ph, em que o regulador de ph fornece uma faixa de ph de 9,5 a 10,5. além disso, a presente invenção revela um método para preparar uma formulação de látex para produzir produto elastomérico, mais particularmente, uma luva elastomérica sem usar aceleradores, óxido de zinco e enxofre, que compreende as etapas de misturar um polímero base com um regulador de ph, agitar a mistura pelo período de tempo na faixa de 20 minutos a 30 minutos, adicionar um reticulador à mistura, agitar a dita mistura por uma hora, adicionar opcionalmente pelo menos um ou mais aditivos à dita mistura, adicionar água à dita mistura para alcançar um total de teor de sólido (tsc) na faixa entre 13% e 30% em p/p, permitir a maturação da dita mistura.
