Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UM MATERIAL DE ENVOLTÓRIO PARA ARTIGOS DE HIGIENE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para formar um material de envoltório para artigos de higiene a partir de uma manta contínua de folhas de envoltório (1, 100, 200), o método compreende as etapas de: a. fornecer um primeiro adesivo liberável (12) a uma dentre a porção de borda interna (5, 105, 205) e a porção de borda externa (6, 106, 206) da dita zona de borda da primeira região (10, 110, 210); b. fornecer um primeiro adesivo liberável (12) a uma dentre a porção de borda interna (8, 108, 208) e a porção de borda externa (7, 107, 207) da zona de borda da segunda região (11, 111, 211); c. fornecer um segundo adesivo (13) a pelo menos uma dentre a primeira porção central dita primeira região (10, 110, 210) e a segunda porção central da segunda região (11, 111, 211); d. fornecer um revestimento de liberação (15, 115, 215) que tem uma superfície voltada para o envoltório (16, 116, 216) e uma superfície voltada para o usuário (17, 117, 217); e.colocar a superfície voltada para o envoltório (16, 116, 216) do revestimento de liberação (15, 115, 215) para o contato com a superfície interna (2, 102, 202) da folha de envoltório (1, 100, 200) de tal modo que pelo menos uma porção da superfície voltada para o envoltório (16, 116, 216) do revestimento de liberação (15, 115, 215) se torne permanentemente anexada à superfície interna (2, 102, 202) da folha de envoltório (1, 100, 200) pelo menos na primeira e na segunda porções centrais que são dotadas do segundo adesivo (13) por meio do segundo adesivo (13); as etapas de a a c são realizadas simultaneamente.
