Abstract
a presente invenção apresenta composições e métodos para a detecção de huanglongbing (hlb) em árvores de citrinos e insetos. em um aspecto, a invenção proporciona um método para detectar uma infecção de huanglongbing (hlb) em uma plantação de citros envolvendo a obtenção de um extrato a partir de uma amostra biológica obtida a partir de uma plantação de citros, contatar o extrato com primers diretos e inversos que se ligam especificamente a uma molécula de ácido nucleico de candidutus na presença de uma enzima nicking, dntps e uma polimerase sob condições permissivas para a amplificação isotérmica da molécula de ácido nucleico; e a detecção de um amplicón de candidutus no extrato.
