Abstract
BOMBA DE LÍQUIDO ACIONADA POR MOTOR ELÉTRICO, EM PARTICULAR, PARA A LUBRIFICAÇÃO FORÇADA DE UMA TRANSMISSÃO MANUAL PARA VEÍCULOS MOTORIZADOS. Trata-se uma bomba de fluido acionada por motor elétrico (10), que pode ser usada para lubrificação forçada de uma transmissão manual de um veículo motorizado, que compreende um alojamento (16) montável em flange em um recipiente de fluido (12) através de uma superfície de flange (14), cujo alojamento contém entradas e saídas de fluido (18, 20) e, em cujo alojamento, um estator (34) que compreende um enrolamento de motor (32) e um rotor magnético (28) são incorporados para conduzir o fluido. O alojamento é, dessa forma, formado de múltiplas partes, que compreende uma seção de alojamento de bomba (38) que compreende as entradas e saídas de fluido, uma seção de alojamento de estator (40) que contém o estator e que, junto com a seção de alojamento de bomba, delimita uma câmara de líquido (42) na qual o rotor é disposto, e uma seção de alojamento de motor (44) que junto com a seção de alojamento de estator delimita uma câmara de componentes eletrônicos (46) na qual pelo menos o estator é localizado. Além disso, um elemento de vedação (50) é fornecido, o qual veda simultaneamente a superfície de flange para o recipiente de líquido, separa a câmara de fluido da câmara de componentes eletrônicos e veda a última em relação ao ambiente, de modo que toda a bomba de fluido seja simples e barata para instalar e seja, então, confiavelmente vedada.
