Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de pipetagem (100) que compreende uma pipeta de amostragem por deslocamento positivo (1), bem como um conjunto de capilar e pistão (84), sendo que o pistão (82) do mesmo tem uma extremidade superior destinada a ser retida por um dispositivo de fixação (20) que equipa a pipeta, sendo que o dispositivo (20) compreende uma pluralidade de pinças de fixação (26). de acordo com a invenção, o sistema é projetado de modo que, quando o capilar (80) for encaixado na ponta da pipeta (6) e o dispositivo de fixação (20) estiver distante do pistão (82), para cima, esse dispositivo possa ser deslocado para baixo, com suas pinças (26), em uma configuração aberta, até uma posição determinada em que as pinças, dispostas ao redor da extremidade superior do pistão (82), alterem-se automaticamente para uma configuração fechada, em que as mesmas fornecem uma retenção da extremidade superior do pistão (82).
