resumo da patente de invenção para: "método de produção de acilaminoácidos". a presente invenção refere-se a uma célula que expressa uma aminoácido n-aciltransferase, a qual é de preferência recombinante, e uma acil-coa sintetase, a qual é preferencialmente recombinante, tendo a célula uma capacidade de degradação de ácidos gordos reduzida, a um método de produção de acilaminoácidos que compreende a etapa de pôr em contato um aminoácido e um acil-coa na presença de uma aminoácido n-aciltransferase, a qual é de preferência isolada e/ou recombinante, em que a aminoácido n-aciltransferase é de preferência uma aminoácido n-aciltransferase humana, ou a cultura da célula e uma mistura reacional composta por uma aminoácido n-aciltransferase, a qual é de preferência isolada e/ou recombinante, uma acil-coa sintetase, a qual é de preferência isolada e/ou recombinante, um aminoácido e quer ácido gordo-coa ou um ácido gordo e uma acil-coa sintetase.
