Abstract

resumo sistema integrado de secagem com energia solar para coleta, armazenamento e suprimento de calor a presente invenção se refere a um sistema integrado de secagem com energia solar que coleta, armazena e supre calor e compreende uma estufa solar, um leito de armazenamento de calor de energia solar (1), um condensador de ar (3), um removedor de poeira molhada (4) e tubos e válvulas (9.1 - 9.12) que conectam cada dispositivo e movedores de ar (2.1 - 2.3). a estufa solar é uma estrutura em esquadria que tem um piso de ladrilhos hidráulicos perfurados (7). o leito de armazenamento de calor de energia solar (1) compreende câmaras de ar superior e inferior (1.1), inúmeros tubos de coleta e armazenamento de energia solar (1.3) e uma câmara vedante. o condensador de ar (3) é uma estrutura cilíndrica, cujas laterais dotadas de aberturas para o fluxo de entrada e fluxo de saída de ar e as aberturas de topo e de fundo as quais são dotadas com câmaras de ar (3.1) interconectadas por tubos de ar (3.2). uma porta de fluxo de entrada de ar é fornecida abaixo do piso da estufa solar e duas portas de fluxo de saída de ar são fornecidas acima do dito piso. a porta de fluxo de entrada de ar e uma porta de fluxo de saída de ar da estufa solar, a câmara de ar superior do leito de armazenamento de calor de energia solar (1), a câmara de ar superior do condensador de ar (3) e uma porta de fluxo de saída de ar do condensador de ar (3) são respectivamente conectadas por tubos; a outra porta de fluxo de saída de ar da estufa solar, a câmara de ar inferior do leito de armazenamento de calor de energia solar (1) e uma porta de fluxo de saída de ar do condensador de ar (3) são conectadas por tubos e a câmara de ar inferior do condensador de ar (3) é conectada ao removedor de poeira molhada (4). 2/2
