Claims (7)
- 건조시키고자 하는 유기성 폐기물을 온실 내부에 채운 뒤 온실의 양 벽면 상단 일측에 횡방향으로 마주보도록 각각 설치되는 제 1 순환팬 및 상기 온실의 상부 일측에 종방향으로 형성된 제 2 순환팬을 작동시켜 온실 내부로 공기를 유입시키거나 유출시킴으로써 온실의 습도 및 온도를 조절하는 단계;습도센서 및 온도센서를 이용하여 상기 온실의 습도 및 온도를 측정하는 단계;상기 습도센서 및 온도센서에 의해서 측정된 값을 제어부로 송신하는 단계;상기 제어부로 송신되는 측정된 습도값 또는 온도값이 수학식 1의 유기성 폐기물내의 수분 증발량을 통하여 설정된 습도값 또는 온도값으로부터 벗어날 경우, 상기 제어부가 제 1 순환팬 및 제 2순환팬을 작동시키거나, 태양열 지열판에 의해 승온된 온수가 채워져 있는 축열조로부터 온수를 온실 바닥에 구비된 방열파이프로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 유기성 폐기물의 건조방법<수학식 1>W=k(Hs-Ha)A여기서, k는 기상물질전달계수,Hs는 슬러지와 공기 계면에서의 공기의 포화습도,Ha는 건조공기의 습도,A는 접촉면적을 나타낸다.
