Abstract
resumo massa de bebida solúvel a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir uma massa de bebida solúvel, sendo que o método compreende: fornecimento de um ou mais ingredientes de bebida solúveis na forma de pó, fornecimento de um molde pré-aquecido tendo uma cavidade moldada, carregamento da cavidade moldada com o um ou mais dos ingredientes de bebida solúveis, e compressão de um ou mais ingredientes de bebida solúveis na cavidade moldada para formar uma massa de bebida solúvel, sendo que (i) o método compreende adicionalmente a aplicação de aplicação por rf para aquecer os ingredientes de bebida solúveis na cavidade moldada; e/ou (ii) o um ou mais ingredientes de bebida solúveis são retidos dentro da cavidade moldada por, pelo menos, 15 segundos, e/ou (iii) o um ou mais ingredientes de bebida solúveis na forma de pó são pré-aquecidos antes de serem carregados na cavidade moldada.
