resumo “gel polimérico compacto e fibras feitas do mesmo” a presente revelação refere-se a um gel de polímero compacto constituído por polietileno de peso molecular ultra elevado (uhmwpe), pelo menos um nucleador, pelo menos um agente de enchimento, e pelo menos um meio fluido. a presente invenção também proporciona um processo para a preparação do gel polimérico compacto e fibras a partir do gel polimérico compacto. as fibras preparadas de acordo com o presente processo possuem resistência à tração variando de 2,5 a 10 gpa e módulo à tração variando de 110 para 300 gpa.
