Abstract

MATRIZ DE FUNDIÇÃO. Trata-se de um molde de fundição altamente versátil no qual o peso e o custo de fabricação podem ser reduzidos e através do qual a rebarba pode ser suprimida. Uma peça base em formato de placa (26) que tem uma face de fixação plana (34) a qual uma face traseira (36) de um molde de cavidade fixa (22) é anexada é fornecida a um molde fixo (12) que constitui um molde de fundição (10). Uma porção (T1) da peça base (26) em contato com a face traseira (36) do molde de cavidade fixa (22) tem um corpo de parte de fixação (114) para sustentar o molde de cavidade fixa (22) e um meio de aumento de pressão (116) para aumentar a pressão conferida ao molde de cavidade fixa (22) através do corpo de parte de fixação (114) em um estado no qual o molde está fechado.
