Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "novo método para coloração e tratamento de substratos". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para aplicação de um agente de tratamento a um substrato, o método compreendendo o tratamento do substrato pré-molhado em um sistema aquoso contendo o agente de tratamento sólido particulado em um recipiente fechado, o tratamento sendo realizado com uma relação do licor para substrato que não excede 2:1. tipicamente, o método é aplicado ao tingimento de fibras têxteis com relações de licor de =1:1 e é realizado na ausência de aditivos convencionalmente incluídos com o único propósito de promover absorção de corante pelo controle de interações elétricas ou aumentando de outra forma as interações entre o substrato e o agente de tratamento. a invenção também provê um método para a remoção de agentes de tratamento excedentes após aplicação dos referidos agentes de tratamento a um substrato, o referido método compreendendo não mais que três tratamentos de lavagem do referido substrato com água após a referida aplicação. o referido processo de lavagem inclui, mais particularmente, um processo de dois estágios compreendendo realizar, em ordem, as etapas de: uma primeira lavagem do substrato tratado com água em um recipiente fechado com uma relação de água para substrato que não excede 5:1; e uma segunda lavagem do substrato tratado com água em um recipiente fechado com uma relação de água para substrato que não excede 10:1
