resumo processo para a fabricação de um virabrequim montado para um motor de combustão interna; e virabrequim montado para um motor de combustão interna a presente invenção se refere um processo para a fabricação de um virabrequim montado para um motor de combustão interna, em que são disponibilizados braços de manivela (1) com aberturas de alojamento (4) e pinos de manivela (2) com seções de fixação (3) nas extremidades como elementos a serem unidos, em que as aberturas de alojamento (4) ou as seções de fixação (3) estão providas de uma endentação que se estende em uma direção longitudinal (x) do virabrequim e em que a seção transversal das seções de fixação (3) se projeta parcialmente para além da seção transversal interna das aberturas de alojamento (4) associadas devido à endentação, de forma que é realizado um deslocamento material ou uma deformação dos contornos durante a união dos elementos a serem unidos nas aberturas de alojamento (4) dos braços de manivela (1) ou nas seções de fixação dos pinos de manivela (2) e os elementos a serem unidos são conectados sob a forma de união positiva. de acordo com a presente invenção as seções de fixação (3) são inseridas nas aberturas de alojamento (4), de forma que os elementos a serem unidos são fixados um no outro de forma operacionalmente segura e sob a forma de união não positiva sem meios de fixação adicionais e sem uma conexão adicional na direção longitudinal (x). 1/1
