Abstract

FOTOBIORREATOR E PROCESSO PARA O CULTIVO E O CRESCIMENTO DE MICROALGAS. A invenção refere-se a um novo fotobiorreator que compreende uma cobertura plástica coberta e vedada, revestida com uma camada fina de uma cultura altamente densa de um único organismo unicelular fotoautotrófico. O dióxido de carbono é trocado de um espaço de gás acima da cultura, por meio da mistura associada, subtendo o movimento ondulatório. A invenção fornece uma melhoria substancial nos custos de processamento na esterilização dos meios de crescimento, bem como uma redução das despesas energéticas e de matérias-primas, especialmente relacionadas ao dióxido de carbono. As despesas de capital são reduzidas por eliminação da necessidade de homogeneização, e dos compressores para suspender as células e misturar o dióxido de carbono.
