Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "esterases no tratamento de materiais celulósico e lignocelulósico". a presente invenção refere-se a polipeptídeos e preparações de enzima contendo os mesmos, os quais aperfeiçoam a eficiência de degradação de celulose e lignocelulose mesmo em temperaturas elevadas. os polipeptídeos podem ser produzidos usando tecnologias de dna recombinante convencionais. os polinucleotídeos, vetores e células hospedeiras relacionadas também são descritos. os polipeptídeos e as preparações de enzima contendo os mesmos são particularmente úteis no aperfeiçoamento da eficiência de degradação de celulose e lignocelulose, no aperfeiçoamento da qualidade de ração animal, em aplicações em máquina de lavar louça, em composições detergentes, em indústria de polpa e papel, têxtil, alimento, panificação ou bebida.
