resumo um cordonel de pneumático e método de produção do mesmo a presente invenção diz respeito a um cordonel de pneumático (1) que é usado como reforço em pneumáticos de veículo (l) e em que as torções de cordão (2) dentro de sua estrutura variam dependendo da área à qual elas corresponderão, e a um método de produção do mesmo. os cordões processados usados como fios de urdidura no inventivo cordonel de pneumático (1) são produzidos ao torcer o cordão com torção inicial (k) de novo e fixação dos pontos de torção (4) com métodos térmicos, mecânicos e/ou químicos de tal maneira que os níveis de torção das zonas de torção (3) tendo torções diferentes não mudam.
