Abstract

uma carcaça de pneu diagonal reforçada com cordões híbridos consistindo de fios de aramida de uma lona (1) e um fios de nylon de uma lona (2), e o conteúdo de nylon dentro do cordão é entre 45 a 65%; o conteúdo de fio de nylon dentro desses limites melhora a resistência à fadiga e reduz o calibre de parede lateral em relação ao pneu diagonal de referência tendo carcaça de nylon; em uma modalidade da presente invenção, uma carcaça de pneu diagonal para pneus pneumáticos que têm camadas de reforço compreendendo cordões híbridos consistem de uma lona feita de fios de aramida e uma lona feita de fios de nylon com 45-65% de conteúdo de nylon por peso, são cordões torcidos balanceados.
