Abstract
AGENTE DE CURA RÁPIDA EM PÓ, E, MÉTODO DE PULVERIZAÇÃO PARA UM MATERIAL REFRATÁRIO NÃO MODELADO. O propósito da presente invenção é melhorar, em aplicação de pulverização de um refratário monolítico, não somente a transportabilidade de um agente de aceleração de cura que deve ser adicionado por transferência pneumática para uma composição refratária, mas também à miscibilidade do agente com a composição refratária. A presente invenção diz respeito a um agente de aceleração de cura em pó que deve ser usado em aplicação de pulverização de um refratário e que deve ser adicionado por transferência pneumática tanto em um bocal (13) quanto no agente d e aceleração de cura em pó no lado à montante do bocal (13) em uma composição refratária que é pneumaticamente transferida para o bocal (13) através de um tubo (17). Este agente de aceleração de cura em pó é caracterizado em que: o agente de aceleração de cura em pó compreende um primeiro material em pó que pode endurecer a composição refratária e um segundo material em pó que é uma matéria-prima refratária; e o segundo material em pó contém pelo menos 5 % em massa de partículas com diâmetros superiores a 0,5 mm e pelo menos 30 % em massa de partículas com diâmetros de 0,1 mm ou mais.
