método para a determinação simultânea in vitro em tempo real do curso da atividade da enzima proteolítica e da resistência do coágulo de fibrina, reômetro rotativo e uso de um reômetro rotativo. a presente invenção se refere à medição simultânea da geração da enzima proteolítica e da resistência do coágulo no plasma ou sangue total ou de qualquer amostra biológica adequada derivada do sangue. o método de medição abrange a utilização de um substrato detectável, que compreende uma porção que pode ser liberada mediante reação com a enzima proteolítica alvo, e os meios para medição de um aumento na viscosidade da resistência do coágulo.
