Abstract

resumo “composição de mistura base água, processo para produzir uma composição de mistura base água, película, película de multicamadas e dispositivo recipiente” a presente invenção é uma composição de mistura base água e um método para produzir a mesma. a composição de mistura base água compreende (a) uma dispersão aquosa de poliolefina compreendendo o produto de mistura fundida de um ou mais polímeros-base e um ou mais agentes estabilizantes na presença de água e opcionalmente um ou mais agentes de neutralização, sendo que a dispersão de poliolefina tem diâmetro médio volumétrico de tamanho de partícula na faixa de 400 a 1500 nm, e um ph na faixa de 8 a 11; e (b) uma emulsão acrílica compreendendo sólidos acrílicos tendo diâmetro médio ponderal de tamanho de partícula de 75 a 450 nm; um nível de acidez na faixa de 0,25 a 5 por cento em peso de monômeros ácidos com base no peso do monômero acrílico, e um peso molecular médio ponderal na faixa de 200.000 a 5.000.000 g/mol, e uma temperatura de transição vítrea (tg) na faixa de 7 a 100°c, e sendo que a dita emulsão acrílica tem um ph na faixa de 7 a 9; sendo que a dita composição de mistura base água tem um teor de sólidos na faixa de 15 a 70 por cento em peso de sólidos, com base no peso da composição de mistura base água, sendo que o dito teor de sólidos da dita composição de mistura compreende de 20 a 95 por cento em peso de um ou mais polímeros-base, com base no peso do teor de sólidos da composição de mistura base água e de 5 a 80 por cento em peso dos sólidos acrílicos, com base no peso do teor de sólidos da composição de mistura base água, e um ph na faixa de 7 a 11. 1/1
