resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de usinagem de flanco de dente e método para fabricação de engrenagem". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de processamento de superfície de dente de engrenagem e a um método para fabricação de engrenagem. o dispositivo (10) possuindo: uma pedra de esmeril helicoidal (2), um meio de ajuste de posição (3); e um meio de controle (7). o meio de controle (7) incluindo: uma unidade de controle de posição (71) que opera o meio de ajuste de posição (3) para levar apenas uma das superfícies de dente a ser processada (11), dentre as superfícies de dente de engrenagem que formam um único dente da engrenagem a ser processada (w), para fazer contato com uma superfície de dente da pedra de esmeril (21) da pedra de esmeril em espiral (2) de maneira que a pedra de esmeril em espiral (2) e a engrenagem (w) sejam encaixadas; uma unidade de controle de meio de rotação de pedra de esmeril (72); e uma unidade de controle de meio de controle de torque (73) para operar um meio de controle de torque de rotação (5) de modo a ajustar o torque de rotação dentro de uma faixa predeterminada. 23182231v1 1/1 23182231v1
