Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PROTEGER UM TRITURADOR DE ROLO DE OBJETOS NÃO TRITURÁVEIS E TRITURADOR DE ROLO. Um método de proteger um triturador de rolo (1), tendo dois rolos (2) separados por uma lacuna (3), de objetos não trituráveis (T) é revelado. O método compreende as etapas de: detectar um objeto não triturável (T) em uma corrente de alimentação do material (M), abrindo uma lacuna (3) entre os referidos rolos para uma largura de contorno, que é significativamente maior do que uma largura operacional, de modo que o referido objeto não triturável é permitido para passar através da referida lacuna (3), restringindo uma alimentação (4) à referida lacuna (3), de modo que o material é alimentado na referida lacuna (3) em uma taxa restrita de alimentação, determinando que o referido objeto não triturável (T) passou através da referida lacuna (3), reduzindo a referida lacuna (3) à referida largura operacional, e abrindo a referida alimentação (4) à referida lacuna (3), de modo que o material (M) é alimentado na referida lacuna (3) em uma taxa de alimentação operacional. Um triturador de rolo (1) tendo um sistema protetor para proteger o triturador de rolo (1) de objetos não trituráveis (T) também é revelado.
