PRODUTOS CONTENDO GELO. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto contendo gelo obtido por mistura de duas fases distintas compreendendo partículas de gelo de tamanhos diferentes é descrito. O produto tem propriedades organolépticas aperfeiçoadas similares à textura e percepção para o consumidor. Um processo para preparação deste produto contendo gelo é também descrito.
