Abstract

MÉTODO DE OPERAR UMA CÉLULA ELETROLÍTICA E CONSTRUÇÃO DE CATODO. A presente invenção está correlacionada a um método de operar uma célula eletrolítica em um processo de eletroextração de metal, em que as placas de catodo (1) são dispostas em construções de catodo (2) e a placa de catodo e a construção de catodo são incluídas em um saco de diafragma (3) formando uma unidade de saco de catodo, e as unidades de saco de catodo e as placas de anodo (4) são dispostas no eletrólito em uma célula eletrolítica (5), de um modo alternado e consecutivo. Um dispositivo de pulverização de gás (6) é disposto em cada das unidades e saco de catodo, e o gás de pulverização é suprido ao dispositivo de pulverização de gás (6), de modo que o dispositivo de pulverização de gás forma uma cortina de finas bolhas de gás de pulverização para descarga da placa de catodo (1). A construção de catodo (2) compreende um dispositivo de pulverização de gás (6) para descarga da placa de catodo (1), por meio de uma cortina de finas bolhas de gás de pulverização, no interior do compartimento catódico.
