Abstract

MÉTODO PARA OTIMIZAR A OPERAÇÃO DE UM GERADOR DE GÁS E UM GERADOR DE GÁS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para otimizar a operação de um gerador de gás e um gerador de gás. O gerador de gás tem uma parte de alojamento (30), em cuja extremidade superior estão meios (12, 20-22, 20'-22') para o abastecimento de combustível para um compartimento de combustível (14) dentro da parte de alojamento. O combustível desce por meio da força da gravidade para uma grade (1, 2), sendo que é formada, em um ponto acima da grade, uma zona de combustão, em que estão dispostos, em conexão com a mesma, meios (4, 5) para o abastecimento de gás de gaseificação para a mesma. No método, é usada uma grade (1, 2) que compreende duas, uma primeira (1) e uma segunda (2), partes de grade dispostas concentricamente, sendo que, de tais partes de grade, pelo menos uma parte de grade (2) pode ser girada ao redor do eixo geométrico de rotação de modo que passe através de um centro de junta. As partes de grade (1, 2) podem ser movidas na direção do dito eixo geométrico de rotação uma em direção à outra, para sua posição de intertravamento mútuo, e uma em direção contrária à outra, para uma posição parcial ou completamente fora da dita posição de intertravamento. As ditas partes de grade (1, 2) são movidas uma em relação à outra e/ou de maneira unida para regular o fluxo de gases através da grade e/ou a remoção de cinzas da grade e/ou para evitar a entrada de combustível não queimado completamente através da grade.
