Abstract

método e esquema para calcinação de lama de cal a presente invenção refere-se a um método e um esquema para calcinação de lama de cal em cal em um forno de cal. a lama de cal flui contracorrente para gases de combustão a partir de uma extremidade de alimentação para uma extremidade de queima e o combustível na presença de ar de combustão em um gaseificador. o ar de combustão para gaseificação é preaquecido com calor gerado na combustão da lama de cal. o esquema é dotado de um conduto entre o forno de cal e o gaseificador para levar ar do forno de cal para dentro do gaseificador como ar de combustão. pelo menos uma parte do ar de combustão para gaseificação é preaquecido com calor gerado na combustão da lama de cal de modo que o ar é levado para refrigerar a cal obtida na combustão e adicionalmente para dentro do forno, a partir ou através da extremidade de queima da qual o ar é tomado para a gaseificação.
