Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA REDUÇÃO DA ESPESSURA DE UMA CAMADA DE PRÉ-REVESTIMENTO DE UM FILTRO DE DISCO. A presente invenção refere-se ao método e aparelho para reduzir a espessura de uma camada de pré-revestimento (57) acumulada na superfície de filtragem (56) de um disco de filtro (12) por uma suspensão contendo sólidos em uma bacia (40) de um filtro de disco, o dito filtro de disco possuindo dois ou mais discos de filtro dispostos em um eixo (10) e entre os mesmos pelo menos uma calha de queda (38) fornecida com um raspador (20) em ambos os lados, raspador (20) lixando o bolo filtrado pela suspensão nas superfícies de filtragem (56) dos discos de filtro (12) para dentro da calha de queda (38), através desse raspador (20) a espessura de camada de pré-revestimento (57) na superfície de filtragem (56) é reduzida pelo encurtamento da distância entre as pontas dos raspadores (20) e a superfície de filtragem (56) e a redução de espessura de pré-revestimento (57) é realizada para os pré-revestimentos (57) na superfície de filtragem (56) dos dois discos de filtro (12) em ambos os lados da calha de queda (38) de forma não simultânea.
