Abstract

Aparelho para Etiquetagem Rastreável para Recipientes para Produtos Biológicos. É descrito um aparelho para identificação de um paciente e marcação de recipientes para produtos biológicos ou tubos de ensaio (13) associados com o paciente antes da coleta dos produtos biológicos a serem analisados, compreendendo um dispositivo de hardware portátil de elevada segurança (1) para processamento e armazenamento de dados do paciente, capaz de associar dados pessoais e dados biométricos do paciente; um dispositivo para leitura e para reconhecimento biométrico do paciente (2) do dispositivo de hardware portátil; um computador pessoal (4), que interage com um operador e conectado a uma rede de comunicações local (50), para intercâmbio de informações com o meio para armazenamento de dados remoto (3); uma ou mais máquinas para etiquetagem computadorizadas (5) de tubos de ensaio (13), cada uma compreendendo uma impressora (11) de códigos de barras (10) por sobre as etiquetas (10), adaptada para receber comandos de impressão depois de comparar espécimes (13) esperados e detectados acomodados em um dispositivo para posicionamento e reconhecimento (12), suportando pela máquina para etiquetagem (5) e que aplica as etiquetas (10) aos tubos de ensaio (13). Cada uma das máquinas para etiquetagem (5) compreende uma placa para processamento e controle (6) dotada com um endereço unívoco dentro da rede de comunicações local (50), que possa ser novamente chamado pelo operador por digitação em um navegador do computador pessoal (4), a placa para processamento e controle (6) sendo capaz de intercambiar informações com o meio para armazenamento de dados remoto (3) e com o computador pessoal (4), e, com base nas informações, assim como naquelas recebidas depois da comparação operada pelo dispositivo para posicionamento e reconhecimento (12), de enviar os comandos de impressão à impressora (11) incluída na máquina de etiquetagem (5).
