Abstract

SISTEMA E APARELHO PARA MONITORAMENTO DE ERRO MéDICO. Um aparelho e sistema para fornecer monitoramento aperfeiçoado de erros em um ambiente médico. O aparelho inclui um meio de armazenamento, visor e leitor que permitem a uma equipe médica rastrear e monitorar de modo rápido e confiável amostrar coletadas de pacientes, tal como informação sobre o tipo, localização, e tempo de uma amostra coletada. Uma função incapaz de completar etiqueta amostras incompletamente coletadas ou de outra forma notifica a instalação em processamento. Conjuntos de etiquetas e/ou mensagens são gerados para guiar a equipe médica quando executando ordens. Erros são ligados a coleta de eventos para rastreio de variância. Etiquetas identificadoras temporárias são geradas para recipientes e tais quando nenhuma ordem está pendente. Ordens de executar procedimentos são comunicadas à equipe médica no sítio de coleta.
