resumo “unidade de infusão para uma cafeteira” trata-se de uma unidade de infusão (1) para uma cafeteira, que compreende um pistão para fechamento (3), um cilindro de infusão (2), um pistão de ejeção (5) para ejetar a carga do café consumido (30), sendo que o dito pistão (5) desliza dentro do cilindro de infusão (2) na direção do eixo geométrico do cilindro de infusão (2) entre uma posição retraída e uma posição estendida para a ejeção da carga do café consumido (30), e meio de operação para o pistão de ejeção (5), que compreende um balancim oscilante (32) dotado de um primeiro braço (33) fornecido com um membro para acionar o pistão de ejeção (5) e um segundo braço (35) fornecido com um membro para engatar o movimento oscilante do balancim (32) seletivamente a partir de um primeiro came de controle (37) configurado e disposto de tal maneira a gerar uma oscilação do balancim (32) na direção que corresponde ao acionamento em direção à posição estendida do pistão de ejeção (5), ou com um segundo came de controle (38) configurado e disposto de tal maneira a gerar uma oscilação do balancim (32) na direção correspondente ao acionamento em direção à posição retraída do pistão de ejeção (5).
