Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para soldagem de costura de chapas revestidas com o emprego de um fluxo de gás - pó". a invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para a solda de união de chapas (1), revestidas em junta obtusa. no método consoante a invenção, é alimentado para a fusão de solda (6), pelo menos, um aditivo de solda (8) pulvéreo, em forma de um fluxo de gás-pó (9) por ao menos um canal de fluxo (10), de tal forma que o fluxo de gás-pó (9) que está escoando do canal de fluxo (10), está direcionado para a fusão de solda (6), apresentando uma velocidade de saída mínima de 2 m/s, de maneira que resulta uma mistura turbulenta do aditivo de solda (8) com a fusão de solda (6), na qual se formam turbilhões de fluxo (12) na fusão de solda. o dispositivo consoante à invenção abrange, pelo menos, uma cabeça de solda (13) para gerar e/ou focalizar um raio de energia (3) para a solda com fusão de material de chapa e, pelo menos, um canal de fluxo (10) para a alimentação de aditivo de solda (8) pulvéreo na forma de um fluxo de gás-pó (9), sendo que um eixo longitudinal do segmento do canal (10) e um eixo do raio de energia (3) incluem um ângulo na faixa de 15 graus e 75 graus.
