Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 被覆された金属薄板(1、2)を突き合わせ継手において継手溶接する方法であって、ガス−粉末流(9)の形態の少なくとも1つの粉状溶接添加剤(8)が少なくとも1つの流れダクト(10)を介して溶接溶融物(6)に加えられ、前記流れダクト(10)を出る前記ガス−粉末流(9)は前記溶接溶融物(6)に向けられ、前記溶接添加剤(8)は前記溶接溶融物(6)と乱流に混合され、前記混合中に前記溶接溶融物(6)に渦流(12)が形成されるように少なくとも2m/sの出力速度を有する方法。
- 前記金属薄板(1、2)は少なくとも1つのレーザビーム(3)によって共に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接添加剤(8)は金属粉末から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粉状溶接添加剤(8)の粒子は20μm〜160μmの範囲の粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ガス−粉末流(9)は前記流れダクト(10)からのその出力速度が2m/s〜50m/sの範囲になるように調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記流れダクト(10)を出る前記ガス−粉末流(9)は、前記ガス−粉末流(9)の噴射軸が、前記金属薄板(1、2)により画定され、かつ前記溶接溶融物(6)を含む加工物面に対して15°〜75°の範囲の角度(α)であるように前記溶接溶融物(6)に斜めに向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ガス−粉末流(9)を発生させるガスとして保護ガスが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属薄板(1、2)の前記継手溶接は保護ガス雰囲気で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 共に溶接される前記金属薄板(1、2)の少なくとも1つは鋼、好ましくはアルミニウム、好ましくはAl−Si合金で被覆されたホウ素−マンガン鋼の薄板であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法を行うため、被覆された金属薄板(1、2)を継手溶接するための装置であって、薄板金属材料を溶融溶接するためのエネルギービーム(3)を発生させるおよび/またはエネルギービーム(3)の焦点を合わせる少なくとも1つの溶接ヘッド(13)、好ましくはレーザビーム溶接ヘッドと、共に溶接される前記金属薄板(1、2)の溶接溶融物(6)に粉状溶接添加剤(8)をガス−粉末流(9)の形態で供給するための少なくとも1つの流れダクト(10)とを含み、前記流れダクト(10)は溶接添加剤の出口開口部(11)で終端し、その縦軸は前記溶接ヘッド(13)を出る前記エネルギービーム(3)、好ましくは前記レーザビームのビーム軸に対して斜めに延在するダクト部を含み、前記ダクト部(10)の前記縦軸および前記エネルギービーム(3)の前記ビーム軸は15°〜75°の範囲の角度であり、かつ前記流れダクト(10)は前記ガス粉末流(9)を少なくとも2m/sの出力速度に設定することができる調整手段を備える装置。
- 前記流れダクト(10)および/または前記溶接添加剤の出口開口部(11)で終端するそのダクト部は円錐ダクト形状を有し、前記流れダクトまたは前記ダクト部は前記出口開口部(11)に向かって先細りになることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記流れダクト(10)および/または前記溶接添加剤の出口開口部(11)で終端するそのダクト部は円形断面形状以外の断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記流れダクト(10)および/または前記溶接添加剤の出口開口部(11)で終端するそのダクト部は、前記出口開口部に向かって1つまたは複数の狭窄部を有することを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記溶接添加剤の出口開口部(11)で終端する前記流れダクト(10)の前記ダクト部は、前記溶接ヘッド(13)の進行方向(7)に向かって前記エネルギービーム(3)の前に配列されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
