Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "condutor de quatro pontos". a presente invenção refere-se a um guiador de quatro pontos para uma suspensão de um eixo rígido, especialmente de um veículo utilitário. o guiador de quatro pontos apresenta quatro encaixes de montagem (3), sendo que dois encaixes de montagem (3) podem ser articulados no eixo do veículo e dos encaixes de montagem podem ser articulados no quadro do veículo. no caso, o guiador de quatro pontos abrange um corpo guiador (1, 2) inteiriço que está integrado, formado pelos encaixes de montagem. o guiador se destaca pelo fato de que o corpo guiador (1, 2) é formado de um conjunto de fibras compostas, no caso, o conjunto de fibras compostas abrange, pelo menos, um conjunto de fibras longitudinais (10, 11). o conjunto de fibras longitudinais (10, 11) fecha o encaixe de montagem (3), pelo menos, ao longo da metade de sua circunferência e se desloca ao mesmo tempo, pelo menos, ao longo de partes do corpo do guiador (1, 2). a invenção possibilita realizar guiadores de quatro pontos de forma otimizada quanto a sua carga e para reduzir a sua massa com simultânea área de emprego já estendida. baseado em uma flexibilidade torcional especificamente apresentável, podem ser usados mancais de borracha menores e/ou mais duros para articulação do guiador de quatro pontos, ou seja, do eixo do veículo. além disso, será aprimorada a resistência à corrosão e à vibração sendo aumentada a durabilidade e sendo lograda maior integração de componentes, especialmente com relação à montagem, ou seja, fixação do guiador de quatro pontos no chassis e no eixo.
