resumo patente de invenção: "processo e dispositivo para o fracionamento de produto a granel". a presente invenção refere-se ao processo para o fracionamento de produto a granel compreende a etapa da alimentação a, pelo menos, uma peneira em um dispositivo (1), compreendendo, pelo menos, uma carcaça (10) com um espaço interno para a recepção da peneira. a carcaça (10) apresenta, pelo menos, uma entrada (13) para a alimentação do produto a granel e, pelo menos, uma saída (14) para a descarga de, pelo menos, uma fração do produto a granel. a carcaça (10) apresenta um telhado (15) e um fundo (16), sendo que, sobre o telhado (15) e sobre o fundo (16) está disposta respectivamente, pelo menos, uma massa de inércia (17). além disso, o dispositivo (1) apresenta, pelo menos, um meio de acoplamento mecânico, em que, as massas de inércia (17) são acopladas entre si por meio do meio de acoplamento mecânico (21) disposto fora do espaço interno (18) e podem ser acionadas. o dispositivo (1) apresenta um meio de acionamento, para o acionamento do meio de acoplamento mecânico. o processo compreende, além disso, a etapa de colocar a carcaça (10) em um movimento oscilatório por meio de acionamento das massas de inércia (17). em uma outra etapa do processo ocorre o fracionamento do produto a granel por meio da peneira. em seguida ocorre a descarga de, pelo menos, uma das frações do produto a granel para fora da carcaça, através da saída.
