Abstract

arame fluxado para soldadura de aço contendo elevado conteúdo de níquel a invenção relaciona-se com um arame fluxado incluindo um fabricado de aço à base de c-mn e um fluxo de preenchimento contendo pelo menos 95% em peso de pós e/ou agregados metálicos, o referido fluxo sendo 8 a 25% em peso do arame. o arame fluxado inclui, em relação ao peso total do arame, 8 a 17% em peso de ni, 0,05% em peso a 0,35% em peso de si, 0,3 a 0,85% em peso de mn, 0,001% em peso de c, menos de 450 ppm de oxigênio e menos de 0,5% em peso de flúor e ferro, e o referido arame é totalmente isento de caf~ 2~. a invenção também se relaciona com um método de soldadura, selecionado de métodos de soldadura do tipo em arco tig, em arco fcaw, de plasma ou com laser híbrido/fcaw, em que a fundição de um arame fluxado de acordo com a invenção é realizada.
